HelpIf virus checking is enabled for any of your mailboxes, your emails will be processed by our virus-checking software, which will identify any known viruses or malicious attachments. Our virus software is provided by Grisoft, and our virus definitions are updated every 10 minutes. If an email is found to be infected with a virus, the email is stored in a specific mailbox within your account and is not delivered to it's destination. To access any infected emails, you should access a mailbox with username IMPORTANT: Remember that when you access the above mailbox you will be accessing emails which are infected with viruses. You should take all precautions to prevent infection of your system, such as to use virus protection software if applicable. To reduce the risk of infection, you can access your quarantined emails via our Webmail system. This will reduce the likelyhood of becoming infected by viruses which target specific email clients. |
