A mailbox is the place where your emails are stored until you are ready to collect them. You can set up as many mailboxes you like from the mailboxes section of your control panel. Each mailbox has a different name and password so that you can give others access to it.

Normally each mailbox will receive emails for a single address (e.g. example@example.com) although you can set up a mailbox to receive email for all addresses by making it a catchall. You can also set up a forwarding to direct emails to another address instead of storing them in a mailbox.
